Gratitude
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving counting your blessings and eating delicious food. I believe I had more than my fair share of both-- blessings and food.
I wanted to share a quote with you that I have loved ever since I heard it a few years ago. It reminds me that when my attitude is one of gratitude, I need nothing more than I already have. It is being content with our lives and recognizing the blessings of Heaven that equate to happiness.
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Now that I am almost done with orders, I will be sharing some family sessions (including two beautiful babies) soon! Enjoy the season!

Magic
Oh how I LOVE this very first image! Combine the most darling brother/sister pair with a hint of sunlight through the trees and a well timed secret, and what do you get? A magical moment indeed! These two and their pretty mom and handsome dad made for a great session during the height of the fall colors this season.

The Family that Plays Together...
The first family on my fall schedule was a delight to meet. We had a great afternoon at the park, and I loved that they were not shy to get their game on! What fun it was to capture them all kicking around the soccer ball together at the end of the session.
Here are several favorites, beginning with some high school senior portraits...
And I LOVE how their Holiday Card turned out!
